1. Collection

Registration
SearchtoEmploy.com will only collect data that is provided directly by you when you register as a job-seeker.  This will include your name and email address.

Profile Information
When you register your information, you control what details of yours is available to be viewed. Your name and contact details will not be available immediately to browsing employers, that’s what they pay for! You will be allocated a coded personalised number to protect your identity until you authorise contact and release of personal information to a prospective employer.  Your “Password” is chosen by you. This personalised code generated by the SearchtoEmploy.com System, together with your unique password, means to ensure your information is safe and protected. Never give this information to anyone as it is for your own personal profile anyway.

We suggest you use your current resume to cut and paste work history and education information into your profile to save time and energy. If you do not have an up to date resume then it will take more time to enter your skills and experience. This information can be archived on the site to save you having to do a new Profile at a later date.

Making on-line applications to a job advertised on our job board automatically registers you onto the SearchtoEmploy.com system giving you other opportunities available with different prospective employers although you will have to complete your profile to attract the right employers.

For employers, SearchtoEmploy.com only collects the information that you provide on or about the company and jobs on offer, your name, title and contact details.  These details are not disclosed to prospective employees until you initiate contact with potential interviewees at which time the profile of your company will also be released to a candidate.

SearchtoEmploy.com also collects information of a non-personal nature about on site visitors including which sections of the site are most frequently visited, how often, for how long, which areas of the site are most popular etc and uses this information in order to improve and market the service SearchtoEmploy.com is able to offer.

SearchtoEmploy.com may collect further information from 3rd parties as part of our reference checking service.  Our Reference questions are available on written request to candidates registered with SearchtoEmploy.com.

Cookies & Log Files
The SearchroEmploy.com website uses cookies to track sessions. An SearchtoEmploy.com representative may contact job seekers in regards to particular employment opportunities that may seem suitable for you. SearchToEmploy.com may also contact you by email in order to alert you to new features and updates to the SearchtoEmploy.com site. If you do not wish to be contacted by SearchtoEmploy.com for this purpose, please indicate at the initial point of contact.

SearchtoEmploy.com will email you with requests from prospective employers who would like to make contact with you for possible interviews.  You have the option to accept or reject such requests without disclosing any of your contact details.  Full details of the company making the request will be provided in order for you to make an information decision.  Naturally, SearchtoEmploy.com cannot provide this service without your contact details.

Partnering
SearchtoEmploy.com may partner with other service providers in order to expand or improve the SearchtoEmploy.com service being offered. These services would only be marketed to users via the website or email if nominated by the registered user.

SearchToEmploy.com may also use and share information:
