All pricing on SearchtoEmploy.com is calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are outside Australia, you can use the Universal Currency Converter to see what the pricing is for your currency conversion click here (all transactions will include 10% GST Tax)

www.SearchtoEmploy.com allows any Employer or Recruiter free access to select up to 5 ideal job seekers, and pay to release their contact detalis to request an interview. Once any Job Seekers details are paid for, they are forever available to you and your colleagues attached to your business account, so you never have to pay for the same Job Seekers details twice! You will also have the option of posting Job ads for $30.00 AUS + 10% GST each or Pre-Purchasing Unlimited Job Posting Packs or Short -List credits in advance to allocate to your team members.

• STANDARD JOB SEEKERS - Below $80k - Highlights "Orange" = $150.00 + GST for a Shortlist of up to 5. These 5 can be selected from any industry catagory you require.
  

• EXECUTIVEJOB SEEKERS - Above $80k + - Highlights "Blue" = $200.00 + GST for a Shortlist of up to 5. These 5 can be selected from any industry catagory you require.

• MIXING IT UP - SearchToEmploy.com Tip - If you are searching for Job Seekers over $80K + (Executives) - Fill your shortlist up with only Executive Profiles. You can mix your selection with Standardand Executive Profiles if you wish, but you will get charged the Executive rate of $200.00 + GST.
  

• Reference Checking - SearchtoEmploy.com offers all Employers & Recruiters a reference checking service. References are unbiased and can be requested after you pay to release the details of Job Seekers. The reference request link will be found in your "My Unrestricted Profiles" tab. Cost = $50.00 + GST per reference per candidate - e.g. 2x Ref Check on one candiate is $100.00 + GST.

• Job Board Advertising = $30.00 + GST per Job Ad. -  Buying Job Ad Packs is Cheaper again. All Job ads posted on SearchtoEmploy.com, automatically link in with Twitter Job Search and 287 of the worlds largest Social Networking sites. When your ad is Live, Job Seekers can apply direct with their FULL SearchtoEmploy.com Digital Resume or Word Doc. CV and Cover Letter. SearchtoEmploy.com is the best value Job Board in the World!

Check Job Seeker availability before you Pay!

SearchtoEmploy.com allows you to message any Job Seeker of interest for Free, to check they are still "Active & Available" before you pay!

By locating the "MSG Jobseeker" tab at the top of every activated CV / Profile on SearchtoEmploy.com, you can pick a range of messages to send to the Job Seeker. Simply pick one and send, await the Job Seekers response and proceed to add or exclude them from your Shortlist based on their response. You will be notified by e-mail when a Job Seeker responds to your message.

Once you have built your shortlist of 5 Job Seekers, click on the "Request Interview" tab located next to your shortlist. The job seekers are sent an e-mail with your job description, and their contact info will be found in your "My Unrestricted Profiles List".

www.SearchtoEmploy.com does not guaranteeyou will make a hire by using our service. We can only provide you with the facility to make contact with suitable looking individuals for your vacancies. The rest of the Recruitment process is left to you! The reason SearchtoEmploy.com allow you to make contact with up to 5 Job Seekers for 1 Credit, is so you have the best chance of eventually offering at least one or two the role. It is possible you may get all 5 on board and be in a position to offer them all employment for as little as only $150.00 + GST total spend.

Payment Methods

SearchtoEmploy.com allows the following payment methods:

• Pay as you go.... SearchtoEmploy.com has 3 convenient payment methods. Credit Card, Pre-purchased Credits & Pay by 14 Day Invoice. You can use any of these payment options as you need them.

• Pre-Purchase Credits
  These credits can be pre-purchased, via credit card or invoice from the "Invoice Area" Tab or Buy

• Invoiced Account - Contact SearchtoEmploy.com to activate this method of payment.
  Approved Employers / Recruiters can elect to pay to release job seekers contact info, job ads or Pre-purchasing more credits in advance, using the Invoice Account payment method. The employer will be invoiced by SearchtoEmploy.com and these invoices will be e-mailed to your nominated accounts e-mail address and can also be found in your "Invoice Area" tab for payment within 14 days.

• Get approved for an Invoiced account by e-mailing the SearchtoEmploy.com Admin Team admin@SearchtoEmploy.com with your request. (You must be registered first).

Refund Policy

Refunds are only valid for the following reasons:

• An administrator deems it appropriate to manually refund a credit for any particular reason.

• In each of these cases, the credits will be refunded to an employers account as a Refund Credit. A refund credit can be used to purchase an additional 5 Job Seekers, or be allocated to Job ads, however these credits cannot be refunded again and will only be issued to use on www.SearchtoEmploy.com
