All registered Recruiters & Employers can search all registered Job Seekers, free of charge until they wish to initiate contact for an interview, at which point Employers will pay a minimal charge. Each short-listed Job Seeker will receive a ‘contact request’ email and a brief run down of the position and projected income on offer.

It is free to job seekers! Employers & Recruiters can register & Search for free until they wish to initiate contact with a Job Seeker. $150.00 AUD + GST for general Job Seekers and $200.00 AUD + GST for Executives makes finding staff affordable for everyone. This fee gives you the chance to contact up to 5 likely candidates.

By creating a new SearchtoEmploy.com Digital resume, you have the advantage of managing your privacy by blocking any Employer or Recruiter from seeing your details. Your name and contact details are not available to searching Employers or Recruiters until they have gone through the process of shortlisting you and paying to release your information.
If any of the registered Employers or Recruiters on the SearchtoEmploy.com site wishes to interview you, you are notified by e-mail and can view the Employer Profile and job proposal.
This system is in place to ensure your privacy is protected at all times and it also ensures you are getting the right opportunities presented to you.
It is a condition of use of the SearchtoEmploy.com website that you do not include any contact details in your restricted profile (including phone, mobile, email, etc. The SearchtoEmploy.com sit will automatically pick up any of this information and disable it on your profile anyway.

Can I keep my details on SearchtoEmploy.com even if I am no longer looking for work?
For your convenience SearchtoEmploy.com has designed the website in a way that will retain any information you have entered into the system.
If you have successfully found work and wish to stop employer contact, you have the ability to "De-Activate" your details but save them for possible use to find work at a later date. This will save you having to start from scratch in the future.
You can "Re-activate" your profile at any time from anywhere in the world, simply by logging back into SearchtoEmploy.com and updating any relevant information on your Digital CV.
How do Recruiters or Employers find and contact me on SearchToEmploy.com?
Employers can find you by registering with SearchtoEmploy.com for free and browsing for candidates within specific industry sectors, salary ranges, skills, licenses, age, sex and locational info etc.
There is no cost for Recruiters or Employers associated with searching our Job Seeker database. Employers only pay once they want your contact details released to them, and this process is controlled exclusively by you.
The SearchtoEmploy.com Message Centre allows all Employers or Recruiters to send you messages to check you are still active and available before adding you on their shortlist. This way any employer knows exactly where you stand before they ever have to pay any money to release your direct contact information.
You can respond to Employers or Recruiters, only when they have made contact with you first. Choose your responce and send back the message with the appropriate outline of your current circumstances.
Make sure you have an active e-mail account at all times so any messages find you and employers and recruiters can make timely contact with you.
The best way for Recruiters and Employers to find you, is to have your profile completed and posted under the industry sector you are best qualified for. You can choose up to 3 industry sectors while setting up your profile and you can amend your profile at any time.
