Specialist Life Claims Assessor - Focus on Financials

Our client has a newly created Retail Life Claims Assessor role which will focus on Financials. This is a technical role with a very small portfolio which will suit an experience Life Claims Assessor who has in depth technical knowledge and experience in Financials.

In this exciting role you will join a well known and rapidly experience Life Insurance organisation who has a strong brand in market and is renowned for the excellent service. You will take on a technical role and will benefit from an excellent salary (up to $80k), great benefits and fantastic career opportunities.

You will be responsible for managing a small (less than 50 claims) portfolio of Retail Life Claims which you will assess from start to finish with a focus on Financials. You will receive excellent administration support so you will be able to truely assess claims and focus on what you are good at!

Our client is seeking -

• A number of years Life Claims Assessing experience
• In depth knowledge of Financials
• Effective negotiation and dispute resolution skills
• Previous focus on Income Protection Claims
• An Accounting or Financial Degree would be highly advantageous but not essential
