My client is a leader in the Life Insurance industry. Having started an industry leading trainee programme for new Life Assessors they are now looking to appoint a highly experienced senior assessor that would like to progress their career into the development and coaching of new assessors into the industry.
As well as managing a small portfolio of claims you will be responsible for:
Handling high Value and Complex Retail Claims
Training, Coaching and Mentoring a trainee assessor
Investigation of claims
Pro active claims management
Maintaining strong relationships with Advisors
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced assessor looking to move into a senior assessing role or for an existing senior looking to develop their coaching and mentoring skills. You will need to be able to demonstrate:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced assessor looking to move into a senior assessing role or for an existing senior looking to develop their coaching and mentoring skills. You will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Exceptional technical skills, both medical and financial
- Strong legislation understanding
- Excellent advisor relationships
- Previous High Authority limits
- A coaching or development background (ideal but not essential)
- Sound investigation techniques.
