Senior Adviser Support Consultant

Our client has just the opportunity for you to join their innovative organisation as a Senior Adviser Support Consultant where you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of high net worth advisers and building long lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with them.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to further your long term career in a variety of areas including financial planning, underwriting and management.

You will be responsible for -

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with advisers
• Managing your own portfolio of high net work advisers
• Liaising with advisers, over the phone, in writing and face to face regarding new and existing life insurance policies
• Manage the new business and claims administration process
• Follow up on outstanding confidential client information
• Process alterations
• Handling escalated queries and managing investigations

You will need -

• Strong life insurance experience from a phone or administration background
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Effective communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• RG146 or progression towards it would be highly advantageous
• Goal oriented
• Team focused attitude
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
