Recruitment Manager - East/SE Melbourne area

Parkhouse Bell is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager for our client. The role willcover the East/SE Melbourne area. The company is an up and coming Job Services Australia providerthatsupportslong term unemployed and disadvantaged jobseekers to with developing their employability skills and achieving their end goal of gaining sustainable employment.


This is a unique recruitment consultancy opportunity. You will work with jobseekers identifying suitable job opportunities and sourcing work trials and placements. In this role, you will be required to build relationships with employers in the local area and market clients as solutions to their recruitment needs. This involves being very pro-active in sales calls, work place visits, follow up services, supporting employers and jobseekers in the workplaceand continually networking. You may also be required to carry out health and safety checks of the workplaces.


We are looking for people that are motivated to help others, have excellent communication and people skills, are results and target driven and have a professional demeanour. Ideally you will have experience in recruitment, cold calling, sales, face to face negotiating, interviewing and maintaining employer/candidate relationships. Experience within Employment Services, Welfare to Work, Recruitment, Salesand/or Training sectors is highly desirable.
