Recruiter / Employment Consultant - Sydney

About our client:

Our client is looking for a full time permanent Recruiter to be based in a modern, forward thinking company based in Bondi Junction, Sydney. Our client provides various services to support jobseekers back into work. One of the key services they offer to clients is an employment services program that supports individuals to obtain employment and/or further training opportunities in the local community.

About the role:

The Recruiter role is responsible for identifying and establishing external networks and relationships with local businesses and employers to source and secure further education and employment opportunities for jobseekers. This role also involves marketing job-ready clients to potential employers through approaching local businesses directly, cold calling, visiting employers and delivering presentations.

Successful applicants will have:

• An insight and understanding into the barriers facing the long term unemployed
• Experience in marketing, sales, telemarketing, cold calling and delivering presentations
• A good understanding of local labour market issues
• A results and outcomes focused approach
• Excellent time management and organisational ability
• Effective communication and presentation skills

Recruitment, marketing, business development and sales experience or qualifications will be highly regarded.

The salary range is $45-47k based on experience + super + an attractive bonus structure. This company also offers employees regular RDOs and has a thorough induction process.
