The role will see you responsible for:

Assessment of new life insurance claims
Investigation of claims
Liaison with medial, legal and rehabilitation providers
Ongoing Claims Management of up to 50 claims
Authorising payments
Development of claims strategies

You must be able to demonstrate:

Workers comp or superannuation claims experience
Sound Case Management principles
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Great time management
A strong desire to develop your career
