Our client is a leading financial services institution based in the heart of Sydney CBD which is seeking an experienced Home & Contents Claims Officer to join their team. As part of the Home & Contents Claims Team you will be responsible for -
Managing a portfolio of claims from lodgment through to payment
Liaising with policy holders, investigators and repairers
Making liability decisions
Arranging assessment and investigations
Processing payments
Assessing and finalising claims with service standards in a friendly and efficient manner
You will need -
A minimum of 12 months Home & Contents Claims experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and within agreed time frames
Strong attention to detail
Team focused attitude
