Our client is one of Australia's largest industry superannuation providers which has been in the market for over 20 years and has over $60million under administration. At present they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Life Insurance Administrator to join their team in their CBD based offices. They have an excellent reputation in the market for their excellent service and innovative ideas.
As part of the Life Insurance Administration team you will be responsible for -
End to end new business and underwriting administration
Liaising with Insurers, employers and advisers
Uploading and updating new life insurance applications
Processing alterations
Following up on outstanding medical information
You will need -
12 months group or retail life insurance experience
Strong understanding of the new business process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Team focused attitude and proven ability to work to deadlines
