Ensure Recruitment is a fast growing and rapidly expanding Specialist Insurance Consultancy based in the heart of the CBD which has a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee General Insurance Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Here at Ensure we believe in working smart and being a specialist in our field. We have an excellent and loyal National client base and at present have more work than we can handle. As a result of this we are looking for an experienced General Insurance professional to become part of our team during this exciting growth phase.
As part of the Insurance team you will join some highly experienced and well known consultants in the market and will receive a portfolio of clients and existing jobs to manage. This is a varied role where you will take full responsibility for client and candidate management and will get the opportunity to work on permanent and contract roles for existing clients as well as focusing on building strong relationships with new clients.
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven yet fun individual to join our team. You will have strong General Insurance experience and the ability to maintain and build strong and lasting relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with self motivation and the drive to succeed.
Ensure will provide an excellent commission and bonus structure, great base salary and ongoing training.
