Successful applicants will have:
An insight and understanding into the significant barriers facing the longtermunemployed
- Demonstrated case management experience in Employment Services
- Experience in marketing, sales, telemarketing, cold calling and delivering presentations
- A good understanding of local labour market issues
- A results and outcomes focused approach
- Excellent time management and organisational ability
- Effective communication and presentation skills
Recruitment, marketing, business development and sales experience or qualifications will be highly regarded.
The salary range is $43-50k based on experience + super + salary sacrifice.
