- Demonstrated case management experience in Employment Services (Job Services &Disability Employment)
- Experience in marketing, sales, telemarketing, cold calling and delivering presentations
- A good understanding of local labour market issues
- A results and outcomes focused approach
- Excellent time management and organisational ability
- Effective communication and presentation skills
