About our client:

Our client is looking for 4 xfull time Employment Consultant - Case Managers& Job Placement Officers for Frankston, Case Managers for Dandenong. The company is a well established organisation providing training and support to jobseekers with various personal barriers to gaining employment. You will work amongst passionate staff members that get a real buzz out of helping people develop skills and achieve their end goal of gaining further skills and ultimately sustainable employment.

Successful applicants will have:

• Significant experience working with disadvantaged clients in the Employment Services environment or related field
• Strong sense of empathy, integrity and compassion
• Ability to identify challenging barriers faced by jobseeker clients and effectively strategise to overcome these
• Have well developed interpersonal skills especially with regard to establishing working relationship with external stakeholders
• Experience in marketing, sales, telemarketing, cold calling and delivering presentations
• A good understanding of local labour market issues
• A results and outcomes focused approach
• Excellent time management and organisational ability
• Effective communication and presentation skills

Recruitment, marketing, business development and sales experience or qualifications will be highly regarded.

The salary range is $42-50k based on experience + super +uncapped bonuses.
